2023-2024 student-athlete handbook
All student-athletes participating in any 2023-2024 athletic program are required to review the student-athlete handbook. By completing the Permission to Participate Form for Athletics, you adhere to the policies outlined above and confirm your understanding of the Code of Conduct, Tryout Information, and Student-Athlete Expectations at Eden High School. Note: Student-athletes must complete one form per sport.
TRANSFER STUDENTS:
If any student-athlete is new to Eden, they must complete a OFSAA transfer form by September 7 and hand-in the form to Ms. Pavlovich in the PE office. New student-athletes include: grade 10-12 transfer students, and grade 9's previously enrolled at another secondary school.
